Cookie Policy

We keep our use of cookies minimal and purposeful. Here is an honest explanation of what we use and why.

Last Updated: 10 June 2025

01

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They help the website remember things about your visit, such as your preferences or whether you have already consented to certain settings.

They are not programmes and cannot run code or carry viruses. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can choose to decline some or all of them — we explain how below.

02

Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies Always Active

These are necessary for the website to function. Without them, basic features such as navigation and secure connections would not work properly.

Examples: session management, security tokens, cookie consent record

Analytics Cookies

These help us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it over time. The data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Examples: page views, visit duration, referring source

Marketing Cookies

These allow us to show relevant information to people who have visited our site. We use these sparingly and only in a way that respects your privacy.

Examples: advertising reach, remarketing tags

Preference Cookies

These remember choices you have made — such as whether you have dismissed a notice — so you do not have to repeat yourself on future visits.

Examples: UI preferences, dismissed banners

03

Your Cookie Preferences

Use the toggles above to choose which cookies you are comfortable with. You can change your mind at any time by returning to this page.

04

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on this site are set by third-party services we rely on. These services have their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics — Helps us understand site usage in aggregate. Data is anonymised where possible.
  • Google Maps — Used to show our office location. Google may set cookies when you interact with the map.

05

Cookie Duration

Session Cookies

Deleted automatically when you close your browser. Used for things like keeping you logged in during a visit.

Persistent Cookies

Remain until their expiry date or until you delete them. Our consent cookie lasts up to 12 months.

06

Your Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Thailand and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time.
  • Request information about the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to delete your data where it is no longer required.
