Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or enquiring about our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or of equivalent legal capacity under Thai law, to engage our services. By proceeding you confirm you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding arrangement.

03
Service Description
Khrueua offers three principal categories of family legal service:
-
Confidential Consultation
A private conversation to understand your circumstances and explain your options plainly. No commitment to further services is required.
-
Documentation and Agreements
Careful preparation of family-related documents, written clearly and reviewed with you at each stage.
-
Full Matter Representation
Patient representation across a family matter, including negotiation and proceedings, handled with sensitivity and respect.
Services are available to clients located in Thailand and, where permitted, internationally. We will confirm the scope of any engagement in writing before commencing work.
04

Payment Terms
Our current service fees are as follows:
| Service | Fee (THB) |
|---|---|
| Confidential Consultation | ฿3,800 |
| Documentation and Agreements | ฿5,800 |
| Full Matter Representation | ฿7,900 |
All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We will confirm the total fee for your matter in the engagement letter provided before work begins.
Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed in advance. Payment terms are set out in each engagement letter.
Fees paid for completed consultations are not ordinarily refundable. Where work has not yet commenced on documentation or representation matters, a refund of fees already paid may be considered at our discretion, less any time reasonably spent on your matter.
07
Service-Specific Terms
Scope and Changes
The scope of each engagement is confirmed in writing. If circumstances change and the scope needs to adjust, we will discuss this with you and issue an updated engagement note before proceeding further.
Timelines
We work with care and do not rush sensitive family matters. Indicative timelines will be provided but may be affected by court schedules, third-party responses, or the complexity of your circumstances.
Your Participation
Certain steps require your active involvement — signing documents, attending appointments, or providing additional information. Delays arising from unavailability on your part may affect overall timelines and, in some cases, additional fees may apply.
08
Confidentiality
We take the privacy of your family matters very seriously. Information you share with us is held in strict confidence and is not disclosed to any third party except:
- Where you have given explicit written consent.
- Where disclosure is required by Thai law or a court order.
- To professional advisers and service providers engaged on your behalf, under equivalent confidentiality obligations.
For full details of how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
09
Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, and reading this website does not create a lawyer-client relationship.
While we take every care to keep website information accurate and current, we make no representation that it is complete, up to date, or free from errors. Laws and procedures change, and you should always verify the current position with a qualified professional.
Legal outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. We work diligently on every matter, but we cannot and do not promise any particular result.
10
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Khrueua's total liability arising from or in connection with these terms or any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of opportunity, reputational damage, or outcomes in proceedings handled by third parties.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Thai consumer protection legislation.
11
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khrueua and its personnel from any claims, losses, costs, or damages arising from:
- Your breach of these terms.
- Inaccurate or misleading information you have provided.
- Your misuse of this website or any service provided.
- Any claim brought by a third party arising from your conduct.
12
Termination
Either party may end a service engagement by giving reasonable written notice. "Reasonable notice" will depend on the stage and nature of the matter; we will always discuss this with you.
We may end an engagement with immediate effect if:
- A conflict of interest arises that cannot be resolved.
- You have provided materially false information.
- Continued engagement would require us to act contrary to professional obligations.
- Fees are significantly overdue and no arrangement has been made.
Sections concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive the end of any engagement.
13
Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute shall first be addressed through informal discussion — please contact us at [email protected] and we will make every effort to reach a fair resolution.
Where informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation before the Thai Arbitration Institute or a jointly agreed mediator.
If mediation does not resolve the matter, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
14
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement
- These terms, together with any engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between us in respect of the matters covered here.
- Severability
- If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver
- A failure or delay by either party to exercise any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment
- You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer obligations to another suitably qualified professional in limited circumstances, with notice to you.
- Notices
- Formal notices should be sent in writing by post to our office address or by email to [email protected].
15
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated date.
For active engagements, we will notify you of material changes by email. Continuing to use our services after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
